Lens - decision

I'm the new guy here :) and I apologize in advance if the topic is wrong or I have myself wrong on certain things.

Hi Andi, first thanks for the reply.
My camera is a Canon EOS 600 d
Price idea for the lens up to 400 euro
for the tripod up to 100 euro.

My recommendation (I'm also crop on my little Nikon -) would be the Tamron SP AF 17-50mm 2.8 di II VC - is so 370,-
1 Bright (2.8 throughout)
2 for the price of a good image performance
3. you've written for film and photography - z.B 270mm at the crop (would you 432mm focal length) you to do something difficult friends during filming.
4. you reveal a range of 27mm - 80mm focal length - is usually sufficient

In the price range, any other Forum members can deliver even proposals for an always plan.
A question, how is film with sharp under which make? Does this work with the lens?
I'm not the videographers - my cameraman makes always manually without autofocus - briefly explains why:
1.) The AF is actually photography ideas in the shooting - therefore relatively slowly (for motion pictures)
2.) Which can AF, especially in low light, sometimes also out of
3.) The AF motor makes noise which you can then hear the video.
4.) With a little practice working that with manual focusing quite well, even with moving objects...
